Large pantry is a nice hidden surprise to the left of the nearly 20 cu ft French door residential fridge with automatic ice maker & built-in water filter. This allows you to carry a lot of food with you. The two-burner induction cooktop makes cooking easier without heating up the inside. The microwave is also a convection capable oven.
There are 3 Fan-Tastic power roof vents in the two bathrooms and one above the galley area. Each has their lids, plus rain covers. When finished dining at your dining table or on the sofa, dishes can be washed in the built-in dishwasher drawer.
The half bath is convenient whether in travel mode or set-up. Easy entry thanks to the sliding door. When set-up the full rear bath provides plenty of additional room for getting ready. The shower even has a custom teak bench which provides a slightly more comfortable height and wider seating area. Plus, it is easily removable if not desired, leaving the original corner built-in seat intact. No tools required. Enjoy the handheld Oxygenics shower wand with several settings. A Truma tankless hot water heater provides endless hot water for your enjoyment. Propane powered, it draws from the 37-gallon built-in propane tank.
When ready for bed, unwind on the Doctor’s Choice hybrid mattress from Denver mattress while watching the upgraded 32-inch Samsung 4K TV. Need some privacy. The bedroom sliding door makes the bedroom into a quiet oasis. (RV King Mattress is 72" W x 80" L x 13" H)
Your environment is heated by two forced air furnaces. The rear one also sends some of the heat to the tanks and basement compartments. Or if you need air conditioning, there are 3 on the roof providing cool air via the built-in ceiling ducting. Storage is abundant with both visible and concealed drawers, multiple closets, and overhead wall cabinets throughout the unit, not to mention the huge basement. The dirt devil built-in vac system is ready when you need it.
Don’t want the brightness of the lights? They dim at the press of a button on numerous controls around the unit. Bluetooth access to those controls has also been installed allowing you to turn on, off, or dim the same lights. Plus, you can check your tank levels and power while inside or outside. So many more features you need to see in person. Including the stacked washer & dryer.
Boondocking and need to charge things up? The generator can be started from numerous places, including Bluetooth on your phone. Don’t want to worry about remembering to check and start it? The automatic generator start can be programmed to kick on for several conditions including low voltage, or when AC is called for.
On the camp side is a primary awning, plus a smaller one over the entry door & steps. Both have LED strip lights. Those combined with the blue under coach lights help provide subtle night lighting. Even an outside TV on the camp side is available.
The basement has a lot of room and contains numerous passthrough compartments and several that are on the camp side. Even one with pegboard for tools and parts. Your water and power are on separate power reels for rewinding them.
The unit is kept in a gated & covered RV storage facility, protected from significant sun, weather, and connected to shore power.
